The XL Air is a really impressive vehicle, and it's easy to see why it's been awarded so many praises from its customers. It's incredibly light - both the chassis and wheels weigh just 6.5kg - and it's also easy to build. In fact I was able to get the whole thing up and running in less than five minutes, which is pretty amazing given that it included a strapping of the fabric for the carrycot!

The seat is wide and comfortable for Annie, who is just 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to use. There's a good amount of room inside the basket and I am awestruck by the fact that it has a zip-up pocket in the handle bar so you can keep your phone and keys secure!

The only slight downside is that the handlebar is low, which could be an issue for taller parents. It's covered with soft, supple leather-like material, which is easy to clean.

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is designed for active parents who are eager to go out and explore. Its large pneumatic wheels were designed to be used on field and forest paths and the front 3 wheel buggy can be rotated and locked to give you more flexibility. It also comes with a padded 5-point safety harness and a front bar to ensure your child is safe throughout your journey, while the parking brake effectively stops the stroller from moving while you rest. The seat can be adjusted to a laying position and the canopy can be opened to allow for maximum air circulation during hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to accommodate the needs of dad or mum.

The Runner will accompany you on any adventure whether it's a leisurely walk, a longer hike or a long-distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat that has suspension air wheels that provide a smooth ride. It has built-in accessory points so you can attach footmuffs and parasols along with changing bags as well as snack trays and even snack tray. The hood can be used to block the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. The single pram is able to be fitted with the Comfort 3 wheeled strollers board (not included) that gives your child more legroom. The bassinet took about 20 minutes to set-up, and it took about the same amount of time to convert it into an actual seat.
