WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the Best item upgrader level by +3. A random extra substat is also increased with each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless it is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as valuable for those with higher variance because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by offering the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of armor or weapon. The item used to upgrade the item upgrades will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can be applied to enchantments.

Upgrades are items that can be used to upgrade weapons, armor, tools and accessory upgrades. They can be purchased by players from NPCs that sell upgrades to items in exchange for a variety of currencies, and can also be found in random treasure lists.
