The Delta Children LX Side by Side received a top score both for the weight and fold size making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. The Delta is a basic stroller, lacking some features other strollers we tried offer like a large storage basket or a deep recline. However, it's a great option for families with a limited budget and those who require an additional stroller for occasional use, like going to the zoo for a day.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its relatively short frame, swivel front wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride for your kids. The multi-position reclining seats as well as cup holders for parents allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
