The Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum that also mop, this is the model you should go for. It's smaller than other options and makes it easier to maneuver into tight spaces or under furniture. It uses a 220 degree lidar, which when combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the best navigation and object avoidance that I've ever seen in a robot vacuum. It has a 4600mAh battery which can last up to 170 mins when cleaning and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can run longer on turbo). It will even return to the dock to top up its battery part way through a clean.

It's extremely efficient and does an outstanding job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums carpeted rooms incredibly quickly and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, and hallways in a single sweep. The suction motor's 8,000pa is quick at picking up dirt, crumbs and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects rugs and the dual side brush assists in removing debris from corners.

The mopping performance is a little less impressive, though not by much. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high speed and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly scraping away dirt and staining. I've noticed that the front arm sticks out a little more than other robots. This is useful when getting into tight corners or along baseboards. The front arms can also be used to collect larger objects such as books and toys that have been damaged.

The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mops and vacuums I've used. It doesn't create the same volume of sound when mopping or vacuuming, and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only downside is that the S1 Pro must use a exclusive cleaning solution for its mopping function and is separate from the vacuum. It's simple to install and performs well, but it's something you'll have to keep an eye on if you're buying this robot vacuum for the sole purpose of it mopping.

It's a major contrast to the utilitarian, black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot and a pleasing sight in a space which is dominated by clunky boxes and clunky models.
