GE Profile Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

As its name suggests, the GE Profile series is aimed at people who want to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into their kitchens. The refrigerator is brimming with these, from an inside-the-door Keurig K-cup coffee maker to a clever water dispenser. But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. Given that this fridge costs more, I'd expect better.

This fridge is a great choice, despite the small blip. It boasts a spacious freezer compartment, which is uncommon in counter-depth French door fridges, and it can hold a decent amount of frozen food in comparison to similar models.

The fridge comes with 17 shelves and compartments. The fridge compartment is 18.5 cubic feet, which is standard for a french door fridge freezer sale (understanding)-door fridge at this price. It has a decent-sized freezer in the left side. But it's not the biggest one I've seen.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with all the features you'd expect from a refrigerator within this price range. This includes Wi-Fi, app support and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app, available for iOS and Android devices can let you control your refrigerator from anywhere in the world, and it has numerous options for customization. It will also send you notifications when the door is left unlocked as well as when the fridge or freezer needs to be defrosted, and when the filter needs to be changed.

It would be nice if GE PYE22PYNFS offered Precise fill, an option available in a handful of GE refrigerators that alloto be aware of the limitations of your fridge. It has a small shelf space, which means you may need to be creative when it comes to storing large items. Additionally, the shelves are not completely sprillproof, and can easily be stained or damaged by sharp objects. The trays are easily removed from the fridge. However, they must be cleaned frequently to stop the growth of mold.

LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The LG LRFLC2706S counter-depth fridge is a great choice for those who need plenty of space in the space of a compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. You can adjust the feature using an adjustable slider that is located just outside of the drawer. You can also set the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I've found that the general settings work better than the specific ones.

In my tests, I found that the temperatures in the refrigerator were fairly consistent in different areas of the fridge. The temperatures in the top and bottom of the fridge did not vary very far from 38 degrees, and even the middle of the fridge was within one degree of 36. This is a pretty good performance, but it doesn't quite be among the top in our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. This fridge can be paired with a smart thermostat in order to obtain more precise readings of the internal temperature of your fridge.

The exterior of the Frigidaire is made of gray-bodied stainless with a "smudge resistant" finish. It is capable of removing streaks and fingerprints even when compared to the shiny stainless steel finishes on other appliances I've tested.
