There are some issues however, which prevent them from being our first choice. One of the weaknesses of the Q5 is that its navigation system doesn't feature AI-powered obstacles avoidance. It's also prone to get stuck on shoes and socks, and it couldn't navigate densely packed rooms very well in our tests. It also doesn't come with cameras that let it see the corners of an area.

It's still a good deal, especially if your office or home has a lot of unfinished floors and you want to save money. Plus, it's very quiet and you can use it while you're at work or going to school. The only thing it lacks that you can't find in the more expensive iRobot Roomba X30 is edge-to-edge vacuuming on floors that aren't clean. It's also less effective at mopping. It is dependent on disposable wet wipes, which don't stick well and isn't able to handle dried-on debris. The Q5 has an auto-emptying dock, however. And, if you have to change the mopping pad to a dry one in just a few seconds.

2. IRobot Roomba

The iRobot Roomba X30 is a compact, sleek vacuum cleaner that also has the ability to mop floors. Its intelligent cleaning maps as well as nimble navigation make it easy to clean, and efficient in tackling larger particles like pet hair. If you're willing to live with a bit more noise and some extra cost, this is a very efficient two-in-one device that should please almost everyone.

The L20 Ultra is a top-of-the-range robot vacuum and mop, with many advanced features that let you get rid of your chores. The L20 Ultra is a hands-free cleaning device that is similar to Ecovacs the top of the line X2 Omni or Roborock's S8 Pro Ultra. It comes with a multi-function dock that will automatically emptys the bin of the vacuum and refills the water tank, as well as washes and dry mop pads.
