These spring cassettes have been specifically made for use with multipoint locks that are sprung, they will not fit unsprung multipoint handles and you must have a hole specifically cut in your backplate in order for them to fit (please look at the image for a technical diagram). They are a replacement for damaged or missing cassettes inside the backplates of door handles of many brands of uPVC doors. They are supplied in one unit. They feature a square cut out that is able to accommodate an 8mm shaft.
